The purposes of this blog are as follows:

1) To foster a sense of civic duty

2) To instill the importance of being knowledgeable about the world around us

3) To provide a forum where ideas can be freely expressed and debated

4) To learn more about our government.

Much of this blog, leading up to the 2008 election, will focus on the presidential candidates. However, it will also provide news on issues regarding the state of Massachusetts (since that is where I reside). Enjoy the blog!
